Is the next train to Bordeaux leaving from Platform 9? Well, certainly it has arrived, along side other fine wines, at London Bridge Station in London, as Berry Bros & Rudd – the two Royal Warrant holding wine merchant based in St. James – has opened a ‘trial’ concession within Urban Express in the station. According to everyones guilty-secret website, the Daily Mail Online, the concession is selling bottles of wine from around £8 up to over £40. It said the wine on offer is sold in full, half and quarter bottles and includes less expensive offerings such as a Rioja for £11.99 and a merlot-based red for £8.99. Beats a warm lager from Tesco’s for the commute home…
