As we approach World AIDS Day on December 1st, so luggage and accessories brand EastPak launch their Designers Against AIDS initiative. Every year, the brand ask a section of varying designers to put their take on the iconic Padded Pak’r. Launching for sale, on the day itself, here – each bag has been redecorated, reinvented and reinterpreted to transformed to produce 12 unique works of art and of course to raise much needed funds for the aforementioned charity organisation.
Contributors this year include the Vetements label, designer Henry Holland for House of Holland and stylist/creator Nicola Formichetti for his brand Nicopanda, to help stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and improve the prospects for those affected by the disease around the world. This is such an important initiative with the chance to buy some superb works of art/fashion combined, so I urge you to visit the site on December 1st. However, if you’re budget is not able to stretch, make sure you wear your red ribbon on the day.
